During my time with the student run advertising agency as an account supervisor for our account representing the Florida Department of Transportation. I gained experiance with handling agency to client communications, managed multiple projects with strict deadlines, developed professional campaign material, developed media kit for Florida Public Media.

Customer Service Staff, Cashier and Front Service Cleark
During my time working for Publix I gained experience working in customer service as both a casheir and front service clerk. I learned how to best work with customers directly within my role as a cashier. I have also been trained as a Customer Service Staff member, meaning that I can work at the customer service desk. When at the desk I help customers with any issues and refunds they may need to make along with selling and working with lotto tickets. I also gained experiance in dealing with Western Union money transfers. I also have experiance as a Front End Cordinator, which is who is placed in charge of the customer service department when a manager is not present.

My masters program is designed to enhance my overall knowledge, skills, and abilities in areas like marketing analytics, or digital marketing and brand management. My concentration in digital marketing and brand management is helping me enhance and gain skills that will help me adjust and evolve in the constantly changing landscape of digital marketing and communication. My program does this by providing classes in areas like, creativity in marketing, consumer behavior, research for marketing managers, and digital marketing and many more. These classes allow students to not only have the skills to work on and develop marketing campaigns, but they also provide students with the skills and ability to conduct market research and data analytics that can help back up your decisions on the direction of marketing campaigns.
